Tochukwu Okeke is a Human resource professional with over 11 years of experience cutting across various sectors, like the pharmaceutical, food & beverages, logistics, oil and gas and Retail industry. She started her career with May and Baker Nigeria Plc in 2012, working in different departments like the customer service, sales administration and human resources department. She spent over 10 years of her working experience in May and Baker before leaving to follow her passion.

Tochi has extensive knowledge of business processes and setting up of best business practices in a variety of industry segments. She has worked with multi-organization structures in very complex situations and designed solid solutions.

Tochi currently manages Kendoriz properties Limited and Kendoriz Mega Mart, where her skills in procurement, sales and customer service are used to optimally achieve organizational objectives. She once acted as a consultant to Barama Energy Resources and is also the managing director with a DHL affiliate company.

Tochi earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Lagos, Nigeria, after which she furthered her education and earned a master’s degree in strategic human resources management from Roehampton University, London. Amongst her vast Human Resource records,
